By booking a lesson, surf coaching session, or surf trip with Peninsula Surf School, you agree to the following terms.

Booking and Payment

Bookings are confirmed only after receiving confirmation from Peninsula Surf School.

Payment methods and payment timing will be communicated at the time of booking.

Participant Responsibility

Participants must:

• Follow all instructions provided by instructors.
• Inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations that may affect participation.
• Act responsibly and safely during lessons and activities.

We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone whose behaviour may place themselves or others at risk.

Ocean Conditions and Safety

Surfing is an outdoor activity that involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Waves and currents
• Changing weather conditions
• Contact with surfboards or other participants
• Physical injury

By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

Weather and Ocean Conditions

Safety is our priority.

If conditions are considered unsafe due to weather, ocean conditions, or other factors, Peninsula Surf School reserves the right to:

• Reschedule the lesson, or
• Offer an alternative solution where appropriate.

Cancellations

Participants should provide as much notice as possible if they need to cancel a booking.

Peninsula Surf School reserves the right to determine refunds, credits, or rescheduling options on a case-by-case basis.

Liability

Participants take part in all activities at their own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peninsula Surf School, its instructors, employees, and representatives shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or expense arising from participation in lessons, coaching sessions, or surf trips.

Photography and Media

From time to time, photos or videos may be taken during lessons and activities.

These images may be used for promotional purposes unless a participant requests otherwise.

Changes to Services

Peninsula Surf School reserves the right to modify lesson locations, instructors, schedules, and services when necessary.
